Well-being masterclasses, beauty night classes and yoga sessions, does this sound like you?
You’ll find all of these at the opening of Canberra Centre’s newest beauty and wellness precinct; ‘Monaro Mall’ from July 13-16.
Located next to David Jones, the Mall houses Mecca Maxima, the larger version of Mecca Cosmetica which is already in the Canberra Centre.
The Mecca Maxima is a concept store, the first of its kind in Australia, with digital lookbooks, an artistry consultation bar, a trial bar for customers and exclusive colour brands.
Monaro Mall also has a new modern Japanese restaurant, RAKU, with head sushi chef Hao San formerly of Toko in Sydney.
Other new stores in the precinct include Australian skincare brand Jurlique, aromatherapy and skincare company Perfect Potion, cosmetic brands Inglot and 3ina, and Eden Laser clinic.
There is also a Kiosk by The Floral Society, a nail salon and a Passiontree Velvet Patisserie. The remainder of the new section is filled with existing stores that have moved to be part of the precinct – Lush, Aveda, L’Occitane, The Body Shop, Crabtree & Evelyn, and Napoleon Perdis.
The beauty and wellness precinct is located throughout the ground floor of the mall strip, with level one housing a lifestyle and home-wares precinct due to open in October, and the underground level is yet to be confirmed.
