(a) applies for membership of Canberra CBD Limited;
(b) states that it is the registered crown lessee of:
(Eligible Parcel(s));^{(i) (ii)}

(c) states that it is the sole registered crown lessee of the Eligible Parcel(s);⁽ⁱⁱⁱ⁾
(d) encloses evidence that the applicant is the registered crown lessee of the Eligible Parcel(s);^(iv)
(e) requests the applicant’s address be shown on the register as

(f) agrees to be bound by the constitution of Canberra CBD Limited; and
(g) nominates the following individual as its representative;^(v)

Notes

⁽ⁱ⁾ Where the Eligible Parcel(s) is land the subject of a Units Plan, only the owners’ corporation is eligible for membership in respect to that parcel;

⁽ⁱⁱ⁾ Where the Eligible Parcel(s) is land the subject of a Community Title Scheme, only the Community Title Body Corporate is eligible for membership in respect to that parcel.

⁽ⁱⁱⁱ⁾ Where the applicant is the part owner of the Eligible Parcel(s) the applicant must attach the authority of all other crown lessees to the application signed by all crown lessees;

^(iv) Copy of rates notice last issued before date of application or title search;

^(v) Where the applicant is a body corporate, an individual must be appointed to represent the member as its agent
