This Braddon Rugby League Park is located on the corner of Donaldson and Torrens Streets, Braddon. With a large football ground, it is a perfect venue to get out there with friends or colleagues before or after work to get active.
- Walking and Cycling path networks
The ACT government has lined the City with some of the nation’s best walking and cycling path networks encouraging Canberrans to ‘Active Travel’ (walking and cycling as a mode of transport). Leave your car at home and get a bit of exercise into your day.
- Glebe Park
Glebe Park is another great way to get out into the fresh air and get active right in the centre of the city. Go for a walk on your break and catch up with a friend whilst enjoying a diverse selection of flora.
- Lake Burley Griffin Foreshore
Get your endorphins pumping and start your fitness regime at Lake Burley Griffin foreshore. You will feel great after completing the 7km walk and there is even fitness equipment such as sit up benches and push up bars available to use.
